Michelle Burnett MCIPD MA BSSc (Hons), Director of Burnett HR Consulting, is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience of all aspects of people management and development gained across the private, public and third sector.
Prior to setting up her own consultancy, Michelle held HR & leadership roles as Head of HR and as a Charity Trustee, in addition to gaining significant experience in a number of well-established HR consulting companies.
Michelle is educated to postgraduate degree level and holds full chartered membership of the CIPD professional body for HR Practitioners. Throughout her career, Michelle has developed a sound working knowledge of current employment law & HR best practice. Michelle gained experienced as an assessor for the EFQM Irish Excellence Awards and has strong working knowledge of a range of other accreditations designed at achieving business excellence.
Michelle has significant experience supporting HR consultancies and third sector organisations, adapting her approach to meet the needs of each company. She has specific experience of providing HR expertise to companies providing services, care and support to more vulnerable groups in our society within a safeguarding context.
